This post office is humiliating people was promised refund off my postal order after my postal order from DVLA the manager behind counter has made my life hell all because of wanting my refund in which went phoned them over over kindly i left voice messages to no avail never once returned my calls so went the other morning has i had to show the post office manager whom has got things against me because of my looks now pressing charges against me has she's refusing my entry to whsmiths now all because of wanting refund that's attitude off staff even manager off whsmiths but im going to make official complaints has treatment unprofessional they have been with me

If I could leave this post office a zero score, I would. Sue on the counter is rude and should be nowhere near customers as she does not understand how to communicate with people. It is pure irony that she has chosen a customer service type of job. Dreadful.
